After balancing and closing for the year ended 2009 done, busy pulak with working instruction and process improvement project (PIP)..New KPI improvement for this year 2010..Should improve everything ie payment should be update in timely manner and process accordingly etc...

Hope all 2010 wishes will come true, InsyaAllah...Pray to Allah hopefully this year all achievement and performance should be better than last year, AMIN :-)
